Single standalone coaching sessions: £85 for 60 minutes: most suitable for people who want to work on one specific change and who have strong confidence in their ability to follow through.
Reset coaching programme: six sessions to build the foundations for a more energised, confident and healthier you (must be completed within eight weeks of the first session). The first session is likely to run to 75-90 minutes as you formulate your vision for the future. Other sessions will last no more than 60 minutes. Most suitable for people who are confident about many areas of their health but want to focus on habits which are getting in their way.
Renew coaching programme: 12 sessions for you to find new sustainable ways of eating, activity you love, and ways to improve your sleep and manage your stress (must be completed within 15 weeks of the first session). The first session is likely to run to 75-90 minutes as you formulate your vision for the future. Other sessions will last no more than 60 minutes. Most suitable for people who have several longstanding issues they want to address.
