High-pressure job, ageing ailing parents, children facing their own struggles, no time or headspace to plan meals or exercise, I've been there. That feeling that however hard you try, you can't catch up. One Christmas, I looked at a photo of myself and didn't like what I saw. I realised if I didn't start taking care of myself, I wouldn't be able to keep taking care of everyone else.
I researched, I studied, and I learned that lots of things I had thought were good for me were actually harming me. I started taking small steps to improve my health and gradually got back my energy, zest and joy in life. It felt so good I went on to qualify as a health and wellness coach, with a Level 5 Diploma which is accredited by the Personalised Care Institute. I trained with Health Coaches Academy UK and am a member of the Association for Coaching, a professional membership body.
Now I'd like to use my skills, knowledge and experience to help you feel like yourself again too.
